The Billing Division now offers the following billing options:
Automatic Payments via checking or savings account withdrawal.
Please complete the Automatic Payment Authorization form and return it to the Department of Utilities, Billing Division office located on the lower level of Cumming City Hall or mail the form to the following address:

You can also pay your water, sewer, or garbage bill over the telephone by calling the Utility Billing Division at (770) 781-2020. The City accepts Master Card and Visa or Debit cards only.
