Reconnection Information

  • If you do not have a Government Windo Account use the “Make One-Time Payment” Option
  • Payments must be made with a Credit or Debit Card.
  • Utility Account Number Required
  • Street Number Required

Once your water service has been disconnected, a reconnection fee of $40.00 will be added to your bill. In addition, if you have a returned check, a returned check fee of $25.00 will be added to your bill.

The City will reconnect your water service, once you have paid your water bill in-full. Water service will not be reconnected until the next business day.
