Commercial and Large Scale Residential Dumpster and Compactor Services

The City requires that certain developments located inside the City Limits of Cumming and that utilize compactors or dumpsters contact Cumming Utilities to establish these services. For example, mixed-use developments, commercial developments, and multi-family residential complexes such as apartment complexes and townhome communities fall into this category. Commercial Dumpster or Compactor Fees

Current commercial dumpster or compactor fees can vary based on location, frequency of pickup, weight, number of pickup attempts, number of dumpsters or compactors, etc. Prices may fluctuate and are subject to change without notice. A door must also be provided to hide the compactor and other components from view. In addition, the green recycling dumpster must also be inside of a structure with a roof and doors.
